I have heard the name David Howse, not sure if it was during marketing discussions or about business college instructors. But I just today found his blog while doing some searching on Google.

He recently wrote this excellent post – http://davidhowse.wordpress.com/2010/07/26/calgary-and-lethbridge-alberta-social-networking-and-marketing-experts/

So my question is – according to David’s criteria – who feels they are a social media expert and/or a marketing expert?

And, what other criteria does it take to justify the expert status in social media and marketing.

By the way, I fully agree that social media is more than numbers and techniques and it MUST integrate into the overall marketing plan and the business plan.
